Our team of designers and model makers create all the decorations that adorns our cakes, from cartoon characters like Monsters Inc. and Peppa Pig, to personalised wedding toppers.

Our decorations are mostly made with modelling fondant so they are edible too.

Flavour & FillinG
All of our cakes are baked from scratch using a combination of organic, local, and imported ingredients - no mixes or short-cuts. Our buttercream frosting is made in the Swiss tradition with simply four ingredients: egg whites, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt. It's super light, smooth and not too sweet.
We bake a range of classic cakes as well as our signature cocktail flavours and homemade filling. Why not get in touch with your ideas and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Portion & Size
Here's a guide to give you the approximate servings for round and square cakes, serving portions in 2" x 1" slices. If you are unsure of the size or the number of tiers you'd like, we can help suggest the best size for your celebration.
Typically, we will start with an 8-inch cake, serving up to 25/31 servings, then tier down with a 10-inch then a 12-inch for a 3 tier cake.

Once you get in touch with us, we'll go through the process highlighted above. We'll discuss your celebration and ask a set of simple questions like:
1) What's your event - wedding, birthday, christening, etc?
2) Do you have a theme in mind?
3) What's you favorite cake flavours and fillings?
4) How many guests / portions would you like?
5) Do you or any guests have allergies we should know?
6) Where and when can we deliver your cake?

When we have the details from you, we'll come up with initial ideas for your cake and event. We'll then sketch out a cake for your approval with a quote.
